TERMS AND CONDITIONS – KRÜ STORE PROMOTION IN ARGENTINA GAME SHOW 2025

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Organizer: SLAK ESPORTS EUROPA SL, with registered office at Manila 56 bajos, CP 08034, Barcelona, ​​Spain, owner of the KRÜ Esports brand.

1.2. Promotion: Benefit of special discounts applicable on official KRÜ Esports products during the Argentina Game Show 2025 event.

1.3. Promotional Products: Official KRÜ Esports merchandise available exclusively at the official booth within the event.

2. VALIDITY AND SCOPE

2.1. Validity period: From October 10 to 12, 2025 , during the following hours:

• Friday 10th: from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Saturday 11th: from 12:00 to 00:00 hs
• Sunday 12th: from 12:00 to 22:00 hs

2.2. Location: Official KRÜ Esports stand at the Tecnópolis venue, Province of Buenos Aires, Republic of Argentina.

2.3. The promotion applies only to purchases made at the physical point of sale of the stand, during the dates and times indicated.

3. APPLICABLE CONDITIONS AND DISCOUNTS

3.1. Payments with Visa NFC Contactless cards
20% (twenty percent) discount on the list price, applicable only to payments made using NFC Contactless technology.

3.2. Payments with NaranjaX Visa NFC Contactless cards
25% (twenty-five percent) discount on the list price, applicable only to payments made using NFC Contactless technology.

3.3. Users with World ID verification
A 10% (ten percent) discount on the list price, applicable to users who verify their identity using World ID at the time of purchase.

4. RESTRICTIONS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• 4.1. Discounts cannot be combined with each other or with other current promotions.
• 4.2. Personal and non-transferable benefit.
• 4.3. Promotion valid only for transactions made at the KRÜ Esports stand during the event.
• 4.4. Purchases made outside the event or through online sales channels are excluded from the promotion.
• 4.5. Discounts are applied exclusively to the original list price , excluding shipping costs or other additional charges.

5. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION

5.1. SLAK ESPORTS EUROPA SL reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion in whole or in part at any time, without giving rise to any right to claim or compensation.

5.2. Any modification will be communicated through means of dissemination equivalent to those originally used for the promotion.

6. ACCEPTANCE AND JURISDICTION

6.1. Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

6.2. Any controversy arising from this promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Republic of Argentina , with express waiver of any other jurisdiction or venue.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. The Organizer will not be responsible for misinterpretations, technical failures, or inconveniences arising from the use of the participating payment methods.

7.2. The discount will be applied exclusively to the list price at the time of purchase and cannot be claimed retroactively.
