Measures:

According to the circumference of the biceps, elbow and forearm.

Measure the circumference of the forearm.

Size 1: forearm circumference from 19 cm to 27 cm.

Size 2: forearm circumference from 21 cm to 30 cm.

Size 3: forearm circumference from 25 cm to 33 cm.

Size 4: forearm circumference from 27 cm to 37 cm.

How is it used?

1. Open the garment.

2. Position the product on your forearm.
